One of the four participants, Matt Peters, a faculty member of Full Sail University, who teaches publishing and distribution and creative writing, points out the very important fact that an author who wants to self-publish need not (and should not) try to do everything himself or herself but can (and should) get professional help from others. This may seem obvious to many but may not be obvious to a newbie writer who wants to self-publish his or her first book. Matt Peters points out the real meaning of self-publishing: you are not going to any traditional publisher to publish your book but you will publish your book yourself. (Vanity publishers will publish anything you write without any editing in return for payment - no question of rejecting your manuscript. For those who are supremely confident of their writing AND can pay the money asked for, vanity publishers would be OK, it seems; I am supremely confident of My writing, so if I had the money, I guess I would welcome vanity publishers!) A local well-known and very experienced bookseller did offer to publish anything I write but I wondered if he could handle the national and international selling of My books all alone, so I politely refused; he is kind-hearted but not tech-savvy; he is even against using the Internet! Oops! I hesitate to name him publicly but I might have to give away the kind-hearted guy's name - (he is an old friend of mine, much older than Me - I have bought lots and lots of English-language books of fiction and nonfiction from him over many, many years) - to prove that I never bluff, I never lie. I have noticed that lying and bluffing and cheating (INCLUDING spouses and lovers cheating on spouses and lovers) is a worldwide pandemic. Another main reason for My polite refusal to write books to be published by him is that I don't want to go through the hassle of writing and self-publishing but I told him: "Brother, there are lots of writers on all subjects, I just want to keep reading!" My long-time local friend and his younger brother (who lives and works in Delhi) are both booksellers (their father started the well-known local bookstore many years ago) and have published some literary classics in low-cost paperback editions, like the stream-of-consciousness novel "A PORTRAIT OF THE ARTIST AS A YOUNG MAN" by James Joyce, which I bought from My friend's bookstore a few years ago; I remember the names of the two brothers by using the mnemonic Rs. - R for the elder brother, s for the younger brother!

SWINDLER?
I think that Merriam-Webster Thesaurus entering "Peter Funk" as a SYNONYM of SWINDLER does not prove that everyone else is pure and holy and never cheats or swindles or lies. Also, we should look for extenuating circumstances in every case.
I don't know who the three mysterious "hippies" Y, Z, Ms. Z - and Ms. X - were but they all seemed to be awed by Me and all of them seemed eager to share profound secrets with Me and to seek My help to release them from their chained existence.
I have often loosely identified a vague "Peter" as "Satan" which is of course not an authentic identification of Satan.
My strong belief is that mysterious Ms. X and the three equally mysterious hippies Y, Z, Ms. Z knew (KNOW in their present incarnations) full details of The Supreme Evil or Satan. From My own experience, I hazard the identification of SATAN with BM "Sudhir". I have NEVER come across anyone so insanely rude. Y and Z and My "late" "dad" Krishna Sinha were all always extremely courteous with Me, never ever showing the slightest rudeness UNLIKE the very strange and totally uncalled for rudeness of BM "Sudhir" whose shocking rudeness was secretly audio and video recorded, I am certain; his uncalled for and totally unexpected rudeness gave him away. This erotic novel purportedly by "Paulo Coelho" (translated by MARGARET Jull Costa) seemed to Me to be nothing but the story of a prostitute and some of her customers with whom she has had sex as a prostitute but I learn from the narrator of this summary and review in Hindi that according to Maria, prostitute "HEROINE" of the novel, there are TWO categories of sex, viz.
(1) having sex like a PROSTITUTE
(2) having SACRED SEX
The narrator says that the reader should be an 18+ adult - this is a big joke in the modern world where "westernized" KIDS watch naked prostitutes in porn videos, I have heard.
NOTE: The title of the novel is ELEVEN MINUTES (not 11 MINUTES).

An interesting novel on sexual abuse and PTSD (Post Traumatic Stress Disorder).
No, I am not being sarcastic. It is just not proper to be sarcastic about anything and everything.
I bought it on January 2, 2017 from the bookstore/bookshop NOT JUST BOOKS, G. S. Road (near ABC Bus Stop), Tarun Nagar, Guwahati-781005, Assam, India, NEAR My house. I give the name of the bookseller because it is a self-published book and the author's contact address is NOT given and I think ONLY the owner of NOT JUST BOOKS (on the same floor as UNITED BANK OF INDIA G. S. Road Metro Branch Guwahati) MIGHT be able to get copies of the author's novel from her. Oh, by the way, her email id is given on page 239 of the novel:

I suspect that the author's name and the female photo on the back cover are both fake. If you search Google, perhaps you will find out how you can buy the novel, which is extremely well-written and very entertaining (perhaps I should not have used the words "very entertaining" for a novel about deep emotional trauma felt by sexually abused girls and women).
Rakesh Vanamali, Redefining Oblivion, writes in his Foreword: "Child abuse is a scourge! ... Jamir is a brave young voice who attempts to portray the wrongs that a child faces."
I don't want to spoil the impact by saying that "ULTRA-MODERN" "WESTERNIZED" "CHILDREN" do a LOT of f. NOWADAYS (I have heard).

I was very surprised to hear recently that the big advance a "best-selling" author is sometimes given by the publisher has to be PAID BACK TO THE PUBLISHER by the AUTHOR from the "royalty" received from the sale of his/her book! (For many years I had the NAIVE IMPRESSION that the big advance an author sometimes gets from the publisher, which is announced with much fanfare, is a gift to the author from the publisher - but now I realize that this could be a pathetic publicity gimmick by the struggling publisher hoping that this PUBLICITY STUNT will ENSURE sale of MANY COPIES of the published book! A heart-rending strategy!)

I guess I have done enough writing and I ought to give much more time to Anchor podcasting which I should make My new passion. I have so much interesting stuff to read aloud and record and podcast to entertain the world. Nazis are finished. We can relax and enjoy. I can entertain Myself by reading books and watching and listening to cr. s. gals on YouTube, etc. I can also learn new languages.
